As your Life and Wellness Coach, I support you as a guide and accountability partner to get you out of that rut or dark hole you might be stuck in and start living your full, unique self! My job is to empower you and provide ongoing support and guidance as you create the life you want to be living and make sustainable changes to reach those goals. Through working this program you will not only upgrade your current life state but you will also notice significant improvements in your overall health and happiness as you create the changes you want to make in your life. Working together 1:1 through individual coaching sessions, we will navigate the world of self-growth, nutrition, overall wellness and life advice to explore what truly works for you.
As a supplement to the coaching program, I offer guidance on meditation, breath work, stress relief techniques and other alternative forms of healing that may be appropriate during our sessions together. I also offer energetic counseling to restructure sleeping, living and work spaces to make achieving your wellness goal easier and attainable. When your life feels like it is in chaos, creating a strong organizational system can help you refocus and get you back on track to where you want to be!
What you get:
- Four 50-minute sessions per month
- Email support between sessions
- Simple healthy recipes, meditation techniques, organizational structure and other self-care exercises
- Optional pantry and living space tour to create healthier choices and energetic flow in the home

- Decipher your unique and personal needs, both emotional and physical, and help you meet them
- Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change to achieve them
