Emotional Freedom Technique

Do you have phobias, anxieties, cravings/addictions or emotional trauma you wish to be free from? One of the most effective techniques in dealing with these issues is called the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), originally developed by Gary Craig.

EFT is based on the idea that all negative emotions stem from a disruption in the body’s energy system. When this disruption is cleared, the negative emotion is released or neutralized. Similar to acupuncture, EFT involves tapping on a series of acupressure points in the body to release emotional trauma. These points are connected to specific organs and the emotions we store in our body. While physically tapping on these points, clients also give verbal recognition to the specific emotional or physical disturbance, and within a short period of time, they are able to release the issue.  This system works on relieving both emotional and physical pain and is a tested and proven biochemical process that alleviates serious emotional duress.

During an EFT session, I work with clients to help discover the root cause of any imbalanced emotions and guide you through tapping yourself to freedom.
